GALA: Is a new classification, formaly know as Black Larimar this mineral has different characteristics from the original Black larimar. The Gala is extreme in all aspects. The black color is as black as deep space, in contrast the Pectolite is as white as snow. The Gala takes an extreme amount of shine and it’s harder that the Black Larimar. The Gala is also petrified palm found deep with in the ashes that borders the veins where the Larimar is found. The Gala was introduced at the Denver Gem and Mineral Show In 2022.
