How We Got Started

Our journey began in 2017 with a passion for the earth’s hidden treasures. We first ventured into mining amber and larimar in the Dominican Republic, where we uncovered the stunning beauty of these rare materials. This experience ignited our fascination with the natural world and set us on a path to explore even more of what the earth had to offer.

Originally, our business started with dealing in coins at trade shows, where we built a strong foundation and learned the ins and outs of numismatics. However, as our passion for natural history grew, we decided to shift focus and dive deeper into the world of mining and fossils, transitioning away from coin dealing to focus on these fascinating and timeless specimens.

In 2023, we made the decision to combine our love for numismatics with our newfound appreciation for gems, minerals, fossils, and meteorites. This led to the creation of our store in September 2023, where we could offer collectors and enthusiasts a wide range of unique items—from ancient coins to precious gemstones, rare fossils, and other natural wonders.
